FOOTHILLS MILLING RESTAURANT
In 2020, Foothills Milling Company introduced a takeout sandwich concept inspired by the former Foothills Milling Café when indoor dining closed. Due to high demand, we are renovating a nearby greenbelt location to expand with artisan sandwiches, plant-based options, and an outdoor patio, while continuing takeout through the restaurant until opening.
FOOTHILLS MILLING RECEPTION HALL
Foothills Milling Co. values the long-standing relationships we’ve built with our guests, but our historic space has limited our ability to host larger gatherings. To better serve you, we’ve expanded into the neighboring building, allowing us to host special events for up to 100 guests in a space designed for memorable celebrations.

Due to strong guest demand, we are renovating a nearby building to expand the menu with bakery favorites and plant-based options, while continuing takeout through the restaurant until opening.
